Blogging Mission

This is your blogging mission.  Please complete the following missions:

Mission 1

This task requires you to add a post to this blog, making sure you include the label "first name" (use your own first name).

Post an introduction which introduces yourself.  Include your name and provide a brief description of one thing you may have done, or intend to do, in your class regarding the Olympics.  Whilst adding your post, please remember to include the label "first name" i.e; I would add the label "HelenP".

Note there are three ways to post on a blog.

1.  Click on "New Post" at top right of screen.
2.  Send an email using your Outlook (send to email address helenprescott007.staff@blogger.com)  (note emails can include pictures and embed codes).
3.  Use the Blogger app on the iPad.

Try a different way of posting that you haven't tried before!  Using posting methods 2 and 3 will require you to go into View Posts and add labels separately.  The button to add label to posts is the one that has a picture of a suitcase label next to Publish and Revert to Draft.

Mission 2 - Commenting

Spend a couple of minutes looking at everyone's posts and comment on at least two posts.  Please make sure you practise adding a quality comment.

Mission 3 - Post to your own blog

Now add a post to your own class blog if you have one.  Welcome everyone back to term 3 and give a brief overview of what is happening in term 3.  If you have already done such a post, then add a post which reminds everyone we have a new school website and add the website url as a link.  Remember to practise adding a label.

Go into layout and add in the gadget called labels to see your labels on your blog.
